One 8-Count of custom voiceovers are included per :30 of music ordered. Additional voiceovers are $10 per additional 8-Count.

If there is something that you need help with that is not listed, feel free to contact us. We will try our best to help you with anything you may need.

Ordering Information:

  • Turnaround is based on the current amount of orders in queue, and can range from 4-16 weeks. Please contact us for the current wait time.

  • If rush service is needed, this is normally available in increments of 5, 10, and 15 business days at an additional cost. Please contact us to check for availability.

  • To start your order, we will need the following information from you:

1) Desired BPM of mix (Beats Per Minute)

2) Desired mix length

3) Song selections and/or ideas

4) Whether or not you will need for your mix to come with licensing or mailed CD copies.

5) Custom voiceovers to have included

6) Completed 8-Count sheet or routine video (if applicable) – *If you need an 8-Count sheet to fill out, please email us to request the file

  • Once we have received the above information, we will discuss with you a price and payment options. If your order total exceeds $100, you may pay the full amount up-front, or pay half prior to mix production and half once the mix is ready for you. You will not be placed on our schedule for editing until we have received at least your first payment.

Post-Production

Once the music is ready, it will be sent to your email as an MP3 file. From this point (if needed), you are allowed to request changes of the following sort:

  • Sound effect removal/additions

  • Custom voiceover removal

  • Any other minor tweaks or changes

If you are in need of changes that exceed the above limitations, it may be subject to additional fees depending on the amount of time to complete the edits. You are allowed up to TWO mix revisions/versions in total. After this point, additional requested changes will be subject to a small additional fee based on the amount of time that it will take to complete the edit. PLEASE HAVE AN IDEA OF WHAT YOU NEED PRIOR TO ORDERING. IT WILL SAVE YOU TIME AND MONEY.

Once you are satisfied with your music and it has been finalized, you have 30 days from this point before the project file is sealed, and any additional change requests made after this point will result in additional fees.
