  1. When I purchase a premade mix, how do I download it?

    After ordering, you will receive an email containing the download link to your purchased music. You will need to download the file within 24 hours, as the link will expire after this amount of time. If you have ANY issues with this process whatsoever, please contact us with your order number and we will have the file itself sent over to you within regular business hours.

    Please refer to the below list of instructions when attempting to save the file from your email.

    Save to Computer (Recommended):

    The best way to securely download your music to ensure that you will not lose it is to use the link to download save the file from the emailed link to your laptop/desktop computer. After downloading/saving, you will then be able to transfer the file to your phone/tablet (if you wish) using you preferred method. If you have trouble with this process, please contact us with your order number and we will have the file itself sent over to you within regular business hours.

    Save to iPhone/iPad:

    Simply click the link in the email, and it will give you the option to download the file (if you have the most recent version of iPhone software). Once it has downloaded, go to your "Downloads" app to play the file. If you have trouble with this process, please contact us with your order number and we will have the file itself sent over to you within regular business hours.

    Save to Android:

    Find the attachment within the email and click the download icon to save the file to your phone. If you have trouble with this process, please contact us with your order number and we will have the file itself sent over to you within regular business hours.

  2. Is the “Thunder Music Productions” voiceover included in the mix that I plan to purchase?

    Absolutely not! The “Thunder Music Productions” watermark voiceover is only included in the preview versions of the mixes to help protect the content.

  3. Are the premade mixes licensed?

    Please refer to the information section on the page of the mix you are interested in purchasing for that information.

  4. Do you offer editing services for the premade mixes?

    Yes! We are able to adjust speed, add custom voiceovers, add sound effects, conjoin multiple mixes, etc. — If interested, get in touch with us via our Contact page or email us at micah@thundermusicprod.com.

  5. Do you offer discounts on mixes?
